Len Garza is a Senior Associate at Sandelands Eyet LLP. He has extensive experience in representing national banks and other lenders and servicers in areas of real estate and default servicing litigation, creditors’ rights, loss mitigation and foreclosure. Len’s practice also includes real estate transactions (both commercial and residential) and leasing. He also represents companies on a variety of corporate transactions, such as formation, governance, employment agreements, joint ventures and other corporate matters. Len also counsels clients on estate planning matters, including trusts, wills and other structures, all designed to transfer assets to heirs and to charities in a tax-efficient manner that respects the values of his clients.
Len is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is admitted in the US District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to entering private practice, Len was a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara A. Curran, then judge in the Civil Division of the Superior Court in Hudson County, New Jersey. Len earned his Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.
Len handles cases throughout all New York boroughs and surrounding areas and New Jersey and is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
