Ashley L. Rose is an associate with Sandelands Eyet, LLP practicing in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ashley has a background in real estate and foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy law, with an emphasis on representing mortgage servicing companies, and secured creditors. Ashley has knowledge of municipal and family law matters as well. Prior to joining Sandelands Eyet, LLP, she was the Supervising Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Sale Attorney at a midsized New Jersey firm, where she oversaw the entire bankruptcy and foreclosure sale process, ensuring client compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. While in law school she interned in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey for the Honorable Morris Stern, U.S.B.J., and in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella, J.S.C. and the Honorable Sallyanne Floria, then Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Essex County, Chancery Division Family Law Part.
Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Ashley is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). Ashley is also active in her community as a member of Impact 100 – Essex County Chapter and the Mercier Club of Montclair New Jersey.
